Profit With a Purpose. Built to Scale. Human at Heart.
A Note from Our CEO
At City Apparel + Merch, we believe business can be a force for good. We believe profit and purpose belong together. And we believe the best companies build success in a way that benefits their people, their partners, their communities, and the planet. 2025 was a year when those beliefs turned into action. We strengthened our systems, invested deeply in our team, and continued to grow responsibly as a Certified B Corporation. We made thoughtful decisions designed not just to perform well today, but to create lasting value for everyone we work with. The result is a company that is scalable, disciplined, and deeply human. A partner you can grow with and feel good about.
Using Business as a Force for Good
Being a B Corp is not a badge for us. It is a commitment that shows up in how we operate every day. We reinvest our profits with intention. Into our people. Into our community. Into responsible sourcing and environmental impact. And into systems that allow us to serve our customers better, faster, and more consistently.

What We Do and Why It Works
City Apparel + Merch is a full service branded apparel, uniform, and promotional solutions partner built to support organizations of all sizes, including complex, multi-location enterprises. What makes us different is not just what we offer, but how everything works together.
- We support our partners through SwagSync technology for uniform and employee stores that simplify ordering, approvals, and replenishment.
- Print on demand and pop-up shops for campaigns, events, and time-bound initiatives.
- Warehousing and fulfillment support for scale, consistency, and speed.
- New hire and employee onboarding kits that create meaningful first impressions.
- Customer and client gifting programs such as Years of Service sites designed to strengthen relationships.
- Behind every program is a team that believes customer service should feel personal, responsive, and human.
Built to Scale Without Losing the Human Touch
SwagSync is our print on demand ecommerce platform designed to reduce inventory risk while increasing flexibility. It includes pop-up shop technology that allows organizations to launch fast, campaign-based stores without heavy lift or excess product. We developed virtual proofing within NetSuite reduces friction, improves accuracy, and shortens approval cycles. Fewer surprises. Smoother execution. We also expanded our use of Microsoft Copilot to support collaboration, documentation, and speed while keeping humans firmly in charge. Everything connects through our internal team intranet so information flows clearly across departments.
Excellence Is a Habit
Great service does not happen by accident. It is built through standards, habits, and follow through. In 2025, we continued to strengthen our SOPs and playbooks across quoting, onboarding, ecommerce, and fulfillment. We operate with weekly habits that reinforce curiosity, accountability, and collaboration. We show up prepared. We do the right thing even when it is harder. That discipline shows up in the customer experience every time.
Investing in Our People
Exceptional customer experiences start internally. We invest in quarterly education and professional development. Each team member has individual learning goals tied to ongoing growth. We maintain an employee emergency assistance fund because life happens and support matters. And we serve our community together through volunteer hours because giving back is part of who we are.
Our culture also includes Nash and Max, our golden retrievers and unofficial morale leaders. One brings calm. The other brings enthusiasm. Both remind us that joy and humanity belong in the workplace.
Recognition That Reflects Our Values
- Community Impact Award
- PPAI Growth, Innovation + Responsibility Leader
- Athena Award, Small Business Awards
- PPAI Pyramid Award: Gold Recipient in Client Programs – Not For Profit Programs
- We also proudly sponsor the Do Good Award at the Hancock County Chamber of Commerce to spotlight businesses that lead through service, generosity, and community impact.
Performance With Purpose
In 2025, City Apparel + Merch grew 10.9 percent year over year. That growth outpaced much of the promotional products industry, where many companies experienced low single digit increases. For our customers, this matters because it signals stability, momentum, and the ability to support programs as they scale. More importantly, we grew the right way. By choosing aligned partnerships. By saying no when it was not right for all parties. And by protecting quality, trust, and long-term relationships.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Our theme for 2026 is Full Throttle. No Brakes. Not reckless speed, but intentional momentum. Clarity over chaos. Discipline over distraction. Purpose driving performance. We will continue to invest in our people, our systems, and our partnerships. We will scale responsibly. And we will keep using business as a force for good.
Let’s Build What’s Next
If you are looking for a partner who balances enterprise capability with human centered service, who believes profit and purpose belong together, and who genuinely cares about doing things the right way, we would love to connect.
And yes, Nash and Max will absolutely want to be part of the conversation.
Warm Regards,
Andrea Kramer
