We are excited to announce the promotion of Sherry Aquino to the role of eCommerce/ Program Coordinator at City Apparel + Merch!
In this expanded role, Sherry will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our customer webstores—including both ongoing company stores and limited-time pop-up shops. Her focus will be on delivering a seamless, branded experience from start to finish.
Her responsibilities will include:
- Product recommendations and featured item updates
- Sales activity and customer-owned inventory reporting
- Adding and removing users
- Managing points-based account programs
- Supporting the launch of new webstores with marketing materials and customer communications
Sherry will work in direct coordination with our eCommerce team, led by Technology Director Christopher Myers, to ensure every store is strategically built and maintained for optimal performance.
While our customers will continue to work closely with their dedicated Account Executives, Sherry will serve as a centralized resource to support all webstore needs, streamline processes, and elevate the overall customer experience.
