Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date of product. Returns are permitted on all unwashed, unworn garments, unaltered or undecorated garments. Some items may incur a restocking fee. Once the item has been received and is, in fact, deemed returnable by our Returns Department, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Defective Merchandise Policy

If you are in receipt of an item that is defective, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of the buyer’s receipt of the defective merchandise. Once the item has been received and is, in fact, deemed defective by our Returns Department, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Sample Policy

Samples are accepted for Returns and are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date of product. Sample Returns are permitted on all unwashed, unworn garments, unaltered or decorated merchandise. Once the item has been received and is, in fact, deemed returnable by our Returns Department, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds

Once we receive the merchandise, we will inspect the garments and determine if it is within the parameters of the return policy and are acceptable for credit.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If the credit is to be applied to your employee allowance, it will be credited back to your allowance the day the credit is issued.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless City Apparel is at fault. If it is our mistake, we will issue you a return label via UPS.

Delivery and Shipping

We understand the importance of efficient delivery. Our orders typically ship within 2 weeks from the time the order is placed. Our preferred shipping carriers are UPS, FedEx and USPS.
